You may use Apollo Sender for permission-based outreach only. No spam, no purchased lists you have no relationship with, and no content that violates applicable anti-spam or telemarketing law.

Your account

You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping your credentials secure. You must honor unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests promptly.

Billing

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Credits and add-ons are consumed as you send. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is." We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
